I think it’s important to concede from time to time in order to truly make room for peace. To put aside appearances, pride, forgive hurt and anger and concede to those around you. Sometimes to be graceful and wise one must choose to love another by choosing to make room for peace through concession. I think mainly arguments that injure oneself can be avoided by conceding. I don’t mean ignoring the problem and developing bitterness. I mean trying your best to communicate but knowing when to concede and let your anger melt away and be transformed into love. Pretty tough for humans but pretty standard for God.
